Operational Changes During the COVID-19 Pandemic

    We, like everyone else, have been impacted by the current situation and had to make major changes to our normal day-to-day operations at the roastery. The biggest change is the forced closure of most of our fantastic café, restaurant and hotel customers, which has unavoidably led to us roasting on a reduced schedule. Following the Government advice, we have furloughed the majority of our team. We teamed up with The Coffee Lounge and Cornish Gems, and Surfers Against Sewage to take the first steps towards Plastic free St Ives. Finca La Cascada has landed!

Our new decaf is now available! Finca La Cascada is a 50 hectare farm situated in the mountainous region of Dipilto in Nueva Segovia in Nicaragua and can be found at altitudes of 1200 to 1350 metres above sea level.
