Payment and Tax Policy
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders will be accepted and shipped only upon receiving full payment by us. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. All applicable taxes are included in the sales price of the products purchased.
Shipping Policy and Pricing
All our coffees are freshly roasted and packed in fully recyclable bags in our roastery in Penryn, Cornwall. In order to preserve the quality and freshness, we roast and pack your coffee on the day of dispatch.
We roast, hand-pack and ship all orders on Monday and Thursday, including Smält Hot Chocolates, merchandise and hardware items.
All our orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Signed For services. Please ensure that the correct address and contact details are provided as we will not be held responsible for shipping errors caused by incorrect information. We are currently unable to ship outside the UK.

Returns and Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with the products you receive, you must contact us immediately by e-mail at email@example.com to obtain a Returns Reference number before shipping to us. No returns will be accepted without a Returns Reference number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

As part of providing a service through our online store, we may collect information that you provide us such as your name, address and email address. The information gathered is protected using secure Socket Layer Technology (SSL) and any account and administrative parts of the website are password protected.
We will provide payment gateways and other payment transaction processors with your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us for your purchase-related transactions.
