Are you passionate about speciality coffee and skilled in building strong customer relationships? Join our vibrant specialty coffee roasting company as an Accounts and Sales Manager! We're seeking a dynamic individual to oversee our accounts, foster partnerships, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and client feedback
- Represent Olfactory Coffee Roasters at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and effectively
Objectives of this role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and needs
- Cultivate and fortify client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
- Maintain precise client records, including contract updates and renewals
- Collaborate with internal teams to devise strategic marketing plans and meet targets
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to enhance upselling and cross-selling
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
Required skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary:
- Competitive, depending on experience

- Permanent - 32 hours per week
