Are you passionate about speciality coffee and skilled in building strong customer relationships? Join our vibrant specialty coffee roasting company as an Accounts and Sales Manager! We're seeking a dynamic individual to oversee our accounts, foster partnerships, and drive sales growth.


  • Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies for achieving sales targets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our system
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and client feedback
  • Represent Olfactory Coffee Roasters at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and effectively

Objectives of this role:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and needs
  • Cultivate and fortify client relationships to foster long-term partnerships
  • Maintain precise client records, including contract updates and renewals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to devise strategic marketing plans and meet targets
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to enhance upselling and cross-selling
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
