Olfactory Rewards is our loyalty programme. Every order, and a few other things you can do besides, earns you points, and those points turn into real discounts on future orders. No app to download, no card to carry, just an account you already have.
How to earn points
You'll pick up points for:
- Placing an order - 1 point for every £1 spent
- Creating an account - 20 points
- Following us on Instagram - 10 points
- Following us on TikTok - 10 points
- Liking our Facebook page - 10 points
- Sharing us on Facebook - 20 points
- Celebrating your birthday with us - 50 points
How to redeem points
Once you've built up a balance, points can be swapped for:
- 100 points - Free shipping coupon
- 150 points - £5 off coupon
- 300 points - £10 off coupon
- 600 points —-£25 off coupon
How to actually use them
Look for the rewards icon in the corner of the screen on any page of our site and click it to open your account. From there:
- Log in, or create an account if you haven't already.
- Go to "Ways to redeem" and pick the reward you want.
- Click redeem. You'll get a coupon code, and usually a button that applies it to your cart automatically.
- If it doesn't apply automatically, just copy the code and paste it at checkout.
Redeemed rewards stay in your account until you use them, so there's no rush to spend them the moment you claim them.
