Elie Nzabakunda is an exceptional single-producer coffee from just 803 Red Bourbon trees, cultivated on a 0.64 hectare farm at 2,002 metres in Rwanda’s mountainous Northern Province. Only the ripest cherries are selected before being density-sorted, pulped and carefully fermented at the Ruli washing station. The parchment is then graded in washing channels, hand-sorted and slowly dried on raised African beds for around 20 days.

This meticulous processing gives the cup outstanding definition: succulent peach and apricot lead with bright, elegant sweetness, while hazelnut brings depth and a beautifully composed round finish. Exquisitely clean and full of character.
